Description: The proposed church will have a 2400 s.f. sanctuary with a 2600 s.f. community room. Located in a rural setting, the church will have expansive grounds for outdoor events including a stage, field area and large parking lot. The church is currently fund raising for the project and is also considering alternate sites within City limits.
Role: Tully Consulting Group provided plans for the building pad preparation, grading, drainage, ADA site access and site utilities. The site utility design included plans for a well and onsite septic system.

Description: Completed in 2009, the 11,500 s.f. facility includes a gymnasium/activity center, kitchen and conference room. The building will enable the Church to expand their community service and youth offerings. The building features energy efficient lighting, HVAC and water saving plumbing features.
Role: Tully Consulting Group provided plans for the building pad preparation, grading, drainage, ADA site access and site utilities. To minimize storm drainage costs and provide for stormwater infiltration, runoff from over half of the building site and roof area drains to low cost grass swales.

Description: Completed in 2007, the daycare facility is located within the Valhalla Elementary School Elementary School to provide close access for school aged children.

Description: Completed in 2009, this 4500 s.f. daycare/preschool facility is part of a 5 acre mixed-use commercial site. The complex includes a commercial/retail center, a restaurant and future office buildings.
Role: Tully Consulting Group provided plans for the entire 5 acre site for pad preparation, paving, ADA site access, parking, grading, drainage and site utilities. Our firm also provided plans for offsite improvements including new City streetlights, curb, gutter and sidewalk and a median turning lane.
