Construction of the new Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center for the Veterans Affairs Department is well underway in Martinez. The 11,000 s.f. two story steel framed building will house an outpatient rehab facility for disabled veterans. Hilliard Architects provided the architectural concept plans. Silva Stowell Architects provided the architectural construction plans.

Tully Consulting Group provided the improvement plans for the grading, drainage and site utilities. The plans also included the design of an accessible drop off and parking area.
