Construction of the new Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center for the Veterans Affairs Department is well underway in Martinez. The 11,000 s.f. two story steel framed building will house an outpatient rehab facility for disabled veterans. Hilliard Architects provided the architectural concept plans. Silva Stowell Architects provided the architectural construction plans.
Tully Consulting Group provided the improvement plans for the grading, drainage and site utilities. The plans also included the design of an accessible drop off and parking area. |

Jefferson Plaza open for business |
Jefferson Plaza opened its doors in West Sacramento, CA. The mixed use commercial shopping center offers a 24,000 s.f. retail center, a 1500 s.f. kiosk building, a 4,600 s.f. restaurant, a daycare center and a future 28,000 s.f. medical office complex. The first tenant, Portside Montesorri, operates a preschool/daycare facility at the west end of the site.
Tully Consulting Group prepared the improvement plans for all the site work, grading and utilities. The firm also provided plans for offsite improvements including a new median turning lane, street lights and new curb, gutter and sidewalk. Additional services included preparation of a Parcel Map to eventually divide the site into four legal parcels.

TCG held an Open House and Ribbon Cutting ceremony at their Dixon office October 1st, 2009. Several local business owners and City of Dixon officials attended, including the Major some council members. The event was held to celebrate TCG's recent move into a larger office and new Chamber of Commerce membership.
TCG offers civil engineering and stormwater services to clients in Northern California and the western United States. As a Dixon Chamber of Commerce member, TCG supports other community businesses by shopping and buying locally and utilizing local subconsultants whenever possible. The firm's President, Robin Tully and her husband Rick Tully also live in Dixon, so they are deeply rooted in the community.
