Skills and Experience

Robin Tully has over 10 years of civil engineering experience and has handled projects from planning and design through to construction.  Ms. Tully is familiar with sustainable site design and water, sewer and stormwater treatment and modeling.  Ms. Tully stays current on stormwater issues such as BMP design, low impact design, hydromodification and runoff water quality.  Her public work experience consists of engineering of infrastructure projects for State and National parks, State prisons, federal facilities, cities and counties and also of Project Management of several large school construction projects.

As President of Tully Consulting Group, Ms. Tully oversees daily operations and also heads civil engineering projects for the company.  She is responsible for preparing engineering reports, construction plans, stormwater and utility models and writing project scopes and proposals.

Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District
Planner/Project Manager
Responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of school construction projects.  Managed three new classroom construction projects, eleven campus modernization projects, four athletic facility projects, two parking lot rehabilitation projects and a public library new construction project.

Psomas

Assisted in the design of various water, wastewater and stormwater projects.  Responsible for preparing engineering reports, construction plans, specifications, and estimates.  Developed hydrology HEC-HMS and hydraulic HEC-RAS models.  Developed stormwater master plans and designed stormwater BMP’s.

Engineering Assistant
Assisted in the design of highway transportation projects.  Attained experience with storm water drainage, stab trench drainage, roadway design and maintenance, and slope stability methods using polystyrene lightweight fill, stabilization trenches, key trenches, and rock slope protection.  Learned how to produce construction plans, specifications and estimates for Caltrans projects.
