Parks and Recreation, Town of Lompoc, CA: Project Engineer for the preparation of a

stormwater floodplain analysis for a 1,900-acre historical park along the CentralCoast. The

analysis involved preparing a hydrologic and hydraulic model of the local creek and a

preliminary design of a flood detention pond.

  

Drainage Infrastructure Improvements, FortBakerNational Park, Golden Gate National

Recreation Area, Marin County, CA: Assistant Engineer responsible for providing

construction plans for drainage upgrades within the 350-acre FortBaker historical site. The

Assisted in the design of storm drainage for a $9 million Caltrans’ highway rehabilitation and

Highway 101 Storm Drain Improvements, Eureka, CA: Assisted in the design of storm

drain facilities for a $4 million Caltrans’ highway rehabilitation project through a four-mile

section of highway passing through the downtown area of Eureka.

  

Highway 101 Stabilization Trench and Fill Design, Willits, CA: Aided in the design of

stabilization trenches and a 30’ high polystyrene block fill embankment for a $9 million

Caltrans’ highway realignment along the Ridgewood grade section of Highway 101.

  

Ocean Colony Lift Station Study, City of Half Moon Bay, CA: Project Engineer for the study

of a 1200 gpm sewer lift station in Half Moon Bay. The goal of the study was to evaluate the

performance of the lift station and make recommendations for it’s proper performance.

  

Pelican Point Lift Station Rehab, City of Half Moon Bay, CA: Project Engineer for the

rehabilitation of a small sewer lift station for the City of Half Moon Bay. This project involved

the design of a new sewer wet well, new submersible pumps, new electrical controls, and a

new SCADA system.

  

Phase 2 Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation, City of Half Moon Bay, CA: Construction

Manager and Project Engineer for the rehabilitation of over 9,500 LF of sewer pipe within the

City of HalfMoonBay. The project involved a competitive bid strategy between several

different trenchless rehab methods including Cured-in-Place Pipe, Fold and Form Pipe,

Pipebursting, Pipereaming, Spiral Wound PVC and and Deformed/Reformed Liner.

  

Sewer Lift Station, Butte-GlennCommunity College Police Safety Training Grounds, Butte

County, CA: Assisted in the design of a small sanitary sewer lift station for a police training

facility.

  

Stormwater Consulting, City of Half Moon Bay, CA: Assistant Engineer for the development

of a new stormwater management for the environmentally sensitive City. The work included a

full array of stormwater modeling, NPDES consulting and design services; preparation of a

hydrology model of the entire City, 100-year flood plain models of the two major creeks,

development of a stormwater Capitol Improvement Plan (CIP) for flood control and water

quality protection, drafting of new Design and Improvement Standards for stormwater Best

Management Practices (BMPs), and formulation of a model stormwater monitoring program.

  

Stormwater Detention System, Town of Mammoth Lakes, CA: Assisted in the preparation

of construction documents for an underground pipe detention system for the Bluffs project.

Sullivan Middle School 2005 Modernization, Fairfield, CA: Project Manager for the

planning, design and construction of a second modernization at the middle school.

Fairfield and Armijo High Schools 2005 Stadium Track and Field Improvements,

Fairfield, CA: Project Manager for the planning, design and construction of track and field

improvements in two high school stadiums. The project was to replace the football fields with

synthetic turf fields. The work also involved a new rubberized track, stadium lighting, visitor

bleachers and other track facility improvements at ArmijoHigh School. The construction

budget was approximately $3.3 million.

  

Rodriguez High School 2004 All Weather Running Track, Fairfield, CA: Project
