1.       2007 Jefferson Commercial Development in West Sacramento, CA.  Responsible for construction documents           for grading, drainage, paving, public street improvements and water, sewer and fire site utilities for a five acre           commercial retail center.

2.       2006 Camino Oruga Warehouses in Napa, CA.  Responsible for construction documents for grading,           drainage,  paving and water, sewer and fire site utilities for three storage warehouses on a three acre light           industrial site in Napa, CA.

3.       2007 Corning Light Industrial Shops in Corning, CA.  Responsible for construction documents for grading,          drainage and water and sewer infrastructure for new light industrial shops on a three acre site.

4.       2007 Rick’s Auto Spa in Suisun City, CA.  Responsible for construction documents for grading, drainage,           paving and water and sewer utilities for a one acre site with a recycled water car wash and retail facilty. 

5.       2007 Ramtown Karate North Adams Facility in Dixon, CA.  Responsible for construction documents for           grading, drainage and paving for a new karate studio.

6.       2006 Cogeneration Equipment for Two Healthclubs in San Ramon and Lafayette, CA.   Responsible for           construction documents for grading, drainage and hardscape improvements for a cogeneration equipment           retrofit project.

7.       2007 Bio-Energy Recovery System for Anheuser-Busch Plant in Fairfield, CA.  Responsible for construction           documents for grading and drainage for a new cogeneration wastewater facility.

8.       2008 Texas Corners Commercial Center in Fairfield CA.  Project Engineer for the preparation of construction           documents for grading, drainage, and paving for a new commercial retail center in downtown Fairfield.  

9.       2008 Button Transportation Trucking Facility in Dixon, CA.  Project Engineer for the preparation           of construction documents for grading, drainage, and paving for a new trucking central office and repair           facility.

10.     2008 American Fish Warehouses in West Sacramento, CA.  Project Engineer for the preparation of           construction documents for water, sewer, grading, drainage, and paving for a 50,000 s.f. fish processing           warehouse.
